Nice to see some more of our handywork on TV this weekend. This time it was the graphics on the fake photo booth used in Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Take Away. Our contribution consisted of a small self adhesive print and a large backlit print for the lightbox (although I notice in the video clip that it wasn’t illuminated).
It’s not much, but it all goes towards our 15 minutes of fame.
The huge flagship windows at Lillywhites’ Piccadilly Circus store needed an oversized backlit display with accompanying graphic boards and window vinyls to show off their Karrimor Reflect range. Strobing LED strips were added to the backlit display to add to the futuristic feeling of speed. The effect was quite stunning.
We get some interesting jobs. Here we were asked to produce a high quality print for a lightbox on a bespoke pinball machine. Our solutions was a vivid latex print onto a backlit film. It was displayed in Somerset House and the BFI in April 2016.
