What are the best settings to use in Photoshop when I want to create a set of CMYK separations? Ive been told the angles are quite important.

    Hi James,

Really, you should not be creating halftones in Photoshop if you are planning to have your film run out on an imagesetter. The RIP on an imagesetter will produce a much better dot (at a much higher resolution) than is practical in Photoshop.
It will also sort out the angles as well.

You should just supply the file as CMYK.
